Navy Silver Weave Open Wrap Leg Front Wrap Tie

Reposhing this item I purchased from @vintangebuys. Was too tight to zip up and material has no stretch. Would probably fit an XS best. Lightweight, good quality material that can definitely be dressy or casual.
