Navy Semi Formal Dress

I bought this dress off Amazon for an event and ended up wearing something else. It is surprisingly a very pretty dress (I was weary ordering off Amazon). You can tell it’s not the best quality, but it’d be great for a one-time event. Padded bra area, so you do not have to wear a bra. Straps can be worn off the shoulder a bit or on all the way. High hem in the front, low in the back.
