Navy Seals UDT bronze medallion key chain

Found on a beach on the island of Maui. One side has the Seal Trident and says, "National Association of U.S. Navy Frogmen Past and Present". The other side has Freddy the Frogman and Sammy the Seal with the words "UDT Seal Association Naval Special Warfare " There are some letters on the scroll that I can't make out completely. It appears to be bronze and about the size of a silver dollar. There is tarnish and rust on this piece. It would probably shine up nice if desired.
