It has been 11 days since I purchase. I'm very disappointed in how long it has taken you to ship this. You said you would ship it Thursday and yet you haven't and it's Monday. I saw that you shipped another order that was purchased after mine. I don't understand why mine hasn't been shipped. I can cAncel this order but I would like to be able to just receive what I purchased. Please let me know if you have any intentions of actually shipping this so I don't waste anymore time or money.
