Navy Polka Dot Sleeveless Tunic

Chic navy sleeveless top with white polka dots. Ideal for Business casual with a pair of leggings and some flats or sandals. or a night out with the girls with some skinny jeans and heels. it's very versatile and super comfy. I took a picture holding it up to the light to show how sheer it is. I feel comfortable wearing it with a black bra only. but if you're more modest of black, a black or dark tank top underneath would look great too.
