Navy Polk a dot heels

Adorable navy with small white Polk a dots.. chunky heels.. the buckle circles around your ankle.. does have a small cut in the strap but I have worn like that and no problems.. two bows on the toe area. I get so many compliments when I wear these shoes!!!
