Approximate measurements are laying flat: 15" waist un-stretched and stretches to about 20". 31" inseam. Outer shell is 100% Polyester and lining is 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton. They have 2 side pockets and decorative seam down the front leg and draw string in waist. Tag has been cut out so use measurements.
