Navy Lace Detail Sleeveless Dress (9J)

My sister wore this a few times, but it's too big for me (see loose fit in pictures; I'm a size small). It's a 9 Juniors, but it would fit a women's medium. Pretty lace detail and gorgeous back that you can barely see in the pictures because of the lighting - hard to capture details! Like-new condition.
