Navy Halter Cocktail Dress

Super cute. The right jewelry would dress this up with heels, or keep it simple and wear flats. Super cute halter neck, elastic in back. Front has hook and eye to make it easy on/off. Note the slit in the back. Boutique brand. Hits just above the knee. This fabric is not stretchy and this dress is very shift-style. Not made for someone with well-blessed hips 😢 so I have to sell.
