Navy Floral Ruffle Wrap Skirt

Navy floral skirt with ruffle detail and almost looks like a wrap skirt. Can be worn as high waisted or low! It is longer, would probably be school length appropriate for someone younger. It has a liner so it’s not see through, but is still thin and breathable. From Windsor and only worn a few times! Fits XS or small.
