Navy Blue floral a-line dress. Size 8 from express.

I’ve worn this dress once for my graduation. The material is polyester and lightweight. There is a dark blue slip underneath. Halter top style. Very comfortable and fitted. It is a size 8 and true to size. I’m 5’6” and it hits right above my knees.
