I love this dree. I never had the opportunity to wear it. It is by Jessica Howard. I purchased it from Macy's. Original Price $109.00. It is knee or just below the knew length. The top is a stretch material, the bottom a Navy Blue and Silver Horizontal Stripe Taffeta. The top is lined. The bottom has a black netting added for volume and structure. The skirt has two side pockets. Full length sleeve - 20". Scoop Neckline, 41" from shoulder to hem bottom. 2 1/2" matching sash with bow. Hidden back zipper - it works great with hook top closure. approx. 18" pit to pit. Any questions - please ask.
