Navy Blue Velvet with Pearls Bodycon Dress

I wore this dress to Homecoming 2018 and it was very comfy and very beautiful. I’m super small, so the dress would probably fit someone bigger than me better. It has a scalloped neckline and thin matching blue straps. It’s more of a navy blue in person.
