Navy Blue Velvet Heels

Im a size 7 so I'm not aware of how this actually feels, the heels are approximately 2"-3" but I can measure it later once I find my measuring tape The former owner hardly used it! Maybe only once for a formal event The outside is a soft velvet and comes as seen.
