Navy Blue Strapless Sweetheart Dress

A beautiful Navy Blue Strapless Sweetheart Neckline Dress with 3 roses cascading from the center draping down to the left; the roses on the original dress was a one shoulder strap, but it felt tight across the chest, so I had a tailor convert it into a more flattering sweet heart Neckline. The dress feels like taffeta with a shiny sheen. Worn once and is in excellent condition. This dress is a size 9 yet very form fitting and flattering due to the ruching and side pockets.
