Navy Blue Sleeveless Dress with Ruffle and Cut-Out Detail

This is a reposh for me. I go to a lot of weddings and I know a good wedding guest dress when I see one. I was very excited that this had sewed in cups and stretchy material, wasn’t binding so you can dance in it, plus it could go in the washer and dryer! The neckline has very pretty ruffle detail. Side zip and hook entrance. However, when I tried it on, that cut out in the front fell at the worst possible place on me. I told myself I would sew the gap shut, but it’s been six months since then and I clearly am not going to do that, or I’d have done it by now. I am a petite but busty gal, and this is dress would look best on pretty much the opposite of those two things. Measured flat, armpit to armpit is 15 1/2 inches. The total length is 42 inches. The waist when measured at the pleated section is 13 1/2 inches with about 3 inches of stretch. In EUC. Bundle with another item to make use of my closet discount!
