Navy Blue Sheer Formal Jacket, Size Small

This pretty jacket can be worn on any special occasion, possibly over a sleeveless or strapless dress or worn with something underneath. It is lined in the front but sheer in the back and arms. It has a small ruffled bell sleeve and is highlighted with a beautiful crystal broach fastener. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a fabric or size tag but I think it is polyester and a small so please refer to measurements which are length 26” and pit to pit is approximately 18”. Also, not sure but a tiny jewel might be missing from broach but you really can’t tell.
