Navy Blue Prom Dress

Boning in the top, and tulle under the skirt give this dress a very princess feel. Size says 4, but was altered to now fit a 0-2. Lace detail on the top, and the skirt material shimmers between black and blue, giving it great movement. Sleeves were added on, but can be taken off. Only issue is the silk lining under the armpits losing color (faded from dark blue to purple).
