Navy Blue Printed Women's Skirt

Elegant navy blue skirt with intricate silver embossed prints. Perfect for holiday parties, business casual events or a nice night out. Can be dressed up or down. From top of waistband to bottom is 39”, 14” across. It’s a size small but the waistband is elastic so based on my size and the stretch it could fit someone between a usual size 2 and 6. Has nice deep pockets! 100% cotton. Only worn a couple of times, got a lot of compliments, just looking to free up some closet space. Used condition but no signs of wear or damage. Smoke free and cat free home.
