Navy Blue Polka Dot Kate Spade Tote Bag - OS

This Spade tote is the perfect travel or work tote. It is sturdy, wipeable and has thick woven handles. There is a small red blemish (dye from another purse handle stored with it) and a small scratch on the bottom with minor signs of wear on the gold feet. These are shown in the pictures.
