This is a navy blue, double layer blouse with gold accents. The sleeves are a single layer of the semi-sheer material. This blouse has side slits and has a bit of a high-low cut and is comfortable and flowy. The exterior material is 100% polyester while the lining is 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
