Navy Blue Lace Maxi Dress

NWOT! Navy blue maxi dress with lace accents. Purchased this for a cruise but I didn’t like it on me - it fits, but not it’s loose enough in the stomach for me. There is an elastic in the neck line, so this can be worn off the shoulders easily. There’s elastic in the high waist area also. I’m 5‘8“ and this was long enough for me, but not to the floor.
