Charming navy cardigan with ruffle collar. Ideal for layering. Soft knit fabric. The seem on the collar is loose, if you’re good at sewing it may be an easy fix. I have not cut the string coming from it at all, just noticed that this happened. All buttons are intact. Only worn a few times. Smoke free and cat free home. Dog friendly but not allowed upstairs or in bedrooms/closets.
