2014 Navy Blue Hi Low Prom Dress by Sherri Hill. Size 10 but fits like an 8. Comes with extra ruffles in case one rips off. The solid silk material under the ruffles acts as a slip and stops about half way down the thigh. The ruffle effect is made of an abundance of chiffon curls that give great movement to the dress.
