Navy Blue Formal Dress with Gold Chain Link Strap Fits Like Size 8

Navy blue formal dress with a chain link strap. Stretchy. Side zipper. This dress fits me well, but not as tight as I'd want. It says it's a size 14 but I usually wear size 6-8 in dresses. My top size is usually medium, and my pants size is 6-8. For reference, I am 5' 5.5". The chain link strap does have some damage to it as shown in the pictures. 1 link is broken and there are multiple missing stones.
