Navy Blue Floral Wrap Dress

Forever 21 Contemporary line from early 2000. This is a lovely light weight and flowy wrap dress with a low neckline. The dress is sheer with no lining, so it's suggested to wear with a slip dress. Size is XL but can fit like a L due to the tie at the waist. Fabric is polyester. Tags were removed. Never wore simply tried on for fit.
