Navy Blue Dress with Light Blue Fan Pattern - Forever - Size L

Cute navy blue dress with a white pattern, that looks like small fans. 14" long side zipper. 18" armpit to armpit. Pleated skirt. There's a lining under the skirt and under the top (but not under the sleeves). The top three buttons can be opened. 36" long from top to bottom.
