Navy Blue Dress

Off the shoulders, navy blue, mini dress. Super cute crochet, Lacy looking detail all across bottom hem and top. No flaws noted and was never worn. Size Large, has stretchy slip underneath and has nice overall stretch. Measurements are pit to pit- 20 inches, elastic waist 15 inches and shoulder to bottom seam lace is 28 inches.
