Navy Blue Cut Out Formal Gown

Unbranded VGUC Navy blue Prom Dress. Very well made, no exposed seam edges, fully lined, satin under chiffon. Beautiful in tact beading at the side cut out. Gathered knot in the front. Very interesting back. Marked down due to an uncooperative zipper. Someone altered the straps, in a contrasting thread as though they wanted to remove the alteration later. I’ll leave that decision to the new owner.
