Navy Blue Boho Dress

Pretty navy blue boho style dress. Got it from a boutique in Seattle, but it's a similar style to Urban Outfitters and American Eagle style clothing. It is a size small but could fit a medium easily. It's a little large on me, so I've only worn it once or twice. Straps are removable too, it looks really cute without the straps. Let me know if you have any questions! I'm willing to negotiate or trade with this dress :)
