Nautical sundress - and it has pockets!

Blue and white striped with buttons (nonfunctioning, just for decoration), thin strap, and elastic scrunched back. Super comfy, worn a handful of times. It’s midi/below knee on me, but I’m only 5’ - would be a cuter length on someone taller. It’s polyester and spandex.
