Nautical brass plated belt buckle anchors & ship wheels, rope design rectangle

This is a beautiful rectangular belt buckle dated 1987 I cannot read the brand signature but there is a photo here. It measures 5” side and 1.5” tall It features a rope design of outer and inner rectangles with 3 anchors and two ship wheels. Nautical Gold-tone Can be attached to a belt (by someone who understands the hook and double loop attachments on the back) OR it can be displayed as a beautiful gold accent on a shelf, table or anywhere you want to create a “beachy theme.” From my sister-in-law’s collection.
