atomicclothing@quitobaby ✨yes the material is stretchy but don't remember if the seams are I'll double check tonight...I am a small in most tops but have broad shoulders so just the shoulder area was tight on me. the brand is Sweet Claire-I think I purchased it in a boutique or from ModCloth✨
