Quirky nautical preppy pirate goth punk pleated skirt with whales and skull & crossbones pattern by Libertine for Target. Front pockets and brass-tone buttons. 97% Cotton/3% Spandex. Labeled juniors size 1, but I think the sizing was not standard. I would say it's more of a 3 or a 5. 26” waist. 17” length. Back zip. No stretch.
