Nautical Blue & White Striped Short Sleeve Shirt XL?

Blue & White Striped Short Sleeve Shirt in size XL? . I am estimating the size to be xl because the size tag is 5xl however the measurements are too small to be a 5xl. The shirt measures approximately 21" across from armpit to armpit and approximately 24" from top to bottom. Perfect for the spring and summer. Great to wear on a boat, sailboat, yacht or cruise with it's nautical theme / vibes. Note the material tag is in another language so I don't know the material. From a smoke free home. Note the shirt has been in storage and will arrive wrinkled and may have pulled / loose threads.
