Carla flats from Naturalizer. Color: Warm White Leather. Worn 2-3 times at most, great condition. My feet are too wide for many flats sadly, so these did not work for me. a_y_s Hi! Would you say the letter is somewhat structured, or very buttery? Did you have any problems with rubbing at the heel?

lars839 @a_y_s hi! The leather is very soft, I’d say the shoe leans more towards structured. Like, they won’t lose their shape over time. No issues at all with rubbing at the heel, the issue for me was that my feet are wide (something I realized only recently in my life lol), which is why a lot of ballet flats are hard for me - my toes and arch get pinched. Hope that helps!
