This little chunky riser is so cute-perfect fit your home or as a gift. I love to salvage wood from old barns, lumberyard burn piles or just wherever I can find useful pieces that I can turn into something beautiful. I made this by hand-only using a saw to cut some pieces for underneath. A subtle paint wash was added then distressed and a wood wax added. It’s RUSTIC!!! This piece has the saw marks, a big knot on the corner and just little natural “ imperfections” all over. It’s unique and functional. Please look at my other handcrafted items.
