laurabethjames @mocha284 Hi, Karen! I apologize for not getting back to you yesterday. I strained my back trying to pick up something too heavy and could hardly move. I work in my loft and have to climb up a steep ladder to get to it; so I couldn't get to the earrings yesterday. Thank the Lord I'm feeling much better today, so I'll take a picture of the earrings on for you.

laurabethjames @mocha284 Meanwhile, I researched what is considered heavy for earrings. There weren't any definitive answers. Most everything I read said it's relative depending on a person's preference, the size of the earrings, the size of the person's ear, how long their earlobes are, how dense the earlobe is, etc.

laurabethjames @mocha284 I read some earrings can even feel lighter than an earring that's heavier depending on the shape and how much the area (the focal) weight is distributed on.In the end they all ended up having giving their personal opinion. =\ I read that some jewelers recommend keeping earrings under a half ounce, which these are. Yay!

laurabethjames @mocha284 I have small, sensitive, earlobes, so between featherweight and heavy earrings, I would consider them medium-light to medium weight. I have some better earring backs that I meant to have with them that support the stone and earlobes better, so I'll post a picture of them, as well. Let me know if any of that helps! =D
