High waisted with large waistband. Gives a long and striking appearance. unique, and very attractive, a traditional look that's also elegant. 14.5 waist 3.5 waistband 40 length 2.75 hem allowance Did a burn test, didn't resemble wool, most likely cotton. Perhaps Ecuadorian made.
