Native Artist Amado Penã Jr. glazed tile “Patronnes Y Artesanas”

Very collectible Native American art on a glazed tile. In excellent vintage condition. Amado Peña Jr. refers to himself as Mestizo; he is of Mexican and Yaqui ancestry. He is a recognized as an artisan in the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona. His work is exhibited in the Smithsonian. Active in the Chicano Art movement.
