pamiliaspantry @jamaicajulie Navajo women collect the seeds from juniper trees from Arizona area(is where I seen them)..She collects the berries (seeds) after they have dried and ants have eaten one end of the seed. She makes a hole in the other end of the seed using a hot needle. She then hand strings them with various colors of glass beads. She says they are worn to ward off evil spirits and to bring tranquility and protection to the wearer, thus called GHOST BEADS

I bought a necklace..made by a native gma for $30 at a museum art show. I know the name of the seeds, but you ... don't know. get correct info if you gonna be selling native items

I know native jewelry. the necklace you made is not only Navajo style. do you know what the necklace is used for and why?? some people copy..just to make money. you are not native.. so I just don't shut up about protecting my culture
