Native American Watch (Handmade Watch Tips)

This is a beautiful vintage women's watch. The watch tips are handmade of sterling silver, turquoise and coral pieces. Stamped sterling, and signed RB for Richard Begay, a Navajo Silversmith from Pinon Arizona. Richard passed away June 1, 2013 and we pay tribute to this remarkable individual. His work is displayed at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC and the Heard Museum in Phoenix AZ. Watch tips are mounted on a base metal quartz Lucoral brand watch with turquoise face dial and a small diamond at 12:00. Tips are stamped "RB STERLING". Watch case is a silver tone alloy and stretch part of band is stainless. Fits up to a 7-1/4-7-1/2" wrist a bit snugly, but a bigger band could be added. Brand new battery just installed, and keeps good time.
