Native American Sterling Silver Necklace Vintage Coral Turquoise

Great Native American find old sterling silver bench beads approximately 7mm and 8mm old shell with beautiful reddish orange mediterranean genuine coral presenting an earthy natural genuine green turquoise focal stone.  Approximately 39.8 grams and 21 " long, including the sterling silver bracelet repurposed as an extension chain.  Good vintage condition  with natural patina.
