A Native American heartline bear is a symbolic and particularly common in Southwest Native American art like Zuni and Hopi traditions. It depicts a line or arrow from the animal's head to its heart, representing the breath of life and the spirit's power. It is stamped "M Sterling." Tested as sterling silver plated. Some of the base copper metal is peeking through since the plating is rubbing off in some parts...still quite spectacular. About 6.75 inches...some flexibility. Beautiful patina included.
