It is designed and signed by FRED FELLOWS for HESSTON The buckle measures 3 3/4" by 3" and is in excellent condition. Please check out each picture and zoom in for a closer inspection. Polish if you would like a shinier product. It is a nice weight buckle-not too heavy, and will fit a 1 3/4" belt. There are markings on the back that explain the origin.
