I've used it for so many distance running adventures (half, marathon and ultra, including multiple 50 milers) and it is comfortable and provides excellent support. It's my all time favorite vest and never let me down. Note that the vest advertised holds a 1.8L bladder but I used a 2L, which is included. It does not include the two front flasks or the magnet that holds the bladder tube to the front of the vest (I just fed the tube under one of the front clips). It also doesn't include the universal bladder tube, which can be purchased on amazon (I don't include it for sanitary reasons as it's difficult to clean).
