New with tags. One front pocket and one back pocket that zips. Undergarment liner built in. Very comfortable for working out or running. These are one size too small for me unfortunately. I do have them a size large now in a few different colors and they are awesome. I would say these are true to size. If in between sizes, I would size up and not down. So someone between a small and medium or medium this should be fine. My opinion only.
