is it new or used? how old is it? I only ask because I have bought old make up before and I broke out in hives really bad.

@analycia_r no worries, I understand completely. I don’t open cosmetics that I sell because that starts the shelf life ticker. It is brand new and unopened. The batch code on the top of the box can be checked on checkfresh.com that should tell you manufacture date and everything. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
