What is Nasty Gals sizing like for this dress? Sometimes I get an XS and it's roomy and sometimes I get an XS and it's too tight. I really love this though

@thebelljar12 the bust is 16 1/2in, the waist is 14 1/2in, hips are 19in, the length from top to bottom is 54in, and the length from the waist to the bottom is 42in :)
