Napkin Rings set, gorgeous blue

Want these for less? Bundle!!! I love the gorgeous cobalt blue color of these and the elaborate wrapped stone look. I can't honestly tell what these are made of but if they are plastic, they are heavy. They look like cut stones. They are wrapped with metal.
